These Terms govern access to the Circuittelligence website, purchases of PROTOCOL://01 merchandise and other physical products, purchases of Circuittelligence professional services, appointment bookings, Signal subscriptions, gift cards, and other transactions or interactions made available through the site.
2.1 Acceptance: By using the site, creating or submitting an order, purchasing a service, booking an appointment, purchasing or redeeming a gift card, or otherwise using a customer-facing Circuittelligence service, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented for the specific transaction.
2.2 Eligibility: You must be legally capable of entering into the transaction you initiate. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2.3 Production Platform: Uses Square for commerce, payments, appointment scheduling, and order processing. Square's terms and privacy notices apply to those functions.
2.4 Intellectual Property: Original imagery, schematics, technical identifiers, product designs, and editorial material are owned by or licensed to Circuittelligence.
2.5 Governing Law: California law governs, with venue in courts serving San Diego County, California.
