Return Policy
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered physical merchandise in original condition may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Because all Series-A artifacts are produced on demand, we encourage operators to verify specifications before authorizing deployment.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available for apparel items within 30 days of delivery. The artifact must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artifact arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return. Canvas prints and framed artwork are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
